Organisational Development team
The Organisational Development team supports staff to deliver the University’s strategic priorities through:
• Keeping your knowledge and skills up-to-date. We organise induction, essential and general skills briefings, workshops and forums, and leadership and management development aimed at specific staff groups. The Manager’s Toolkit contains key information, guidelines and forms all in one place.
• Creating opportunities for reflection and support in developing self-awareness. Our personal development offering includes coaching and mentoring schemes, and a range of personality and leadership style questionnaires.
• Helping to build high performing teams and a positive working culture. We offer candidate assessments as part of the selection process, advice on interpreting and working with staff engagement findings, facilitation of targeted team development activities and action learning sets, as well as support with cultural change initiatives.
